I have been practicing yoga for almost 20 years and during this time felt myself drawn to sharing this gift with others.  I like to practice slowly and intentionally always honouring the state of my mind, body and soul.  As a teacher my goal is to ensure each of my students leaves class feeling better than when they arrived.  I encourage a spirit of kindness and acceptance of oneself in the moment so that when you step onto your mat the movement that I guide can be used as beneficially as possible.  In order to achieve this I offer alternatives in each pose so that no matter your mobility or energy level you always feel supported and safe.

After many years of practice I undertook my Yoga Teacher Training 200hr at Yoga Six, Solana Beach CA in 2017 under the guidance of Katie Brauer and Kenna Crouch.  This training was the catalyst for huge change in my life, I had just quit my corporate job and moved my life to the USA and was pregnant with our son Dante.  Within the first class I knew that becoming a yoga teacher was a true calling of mine, I loved every aspect of the training and now as a teacher I love every part of teaching.  I love researching (there's the engineer in me) new information about anatomy, chakras, yoga theory etc to strengthen my offerings and I strive to always develop fun and interesting classes and workshops.

I offer private classes in either a studio or home environment, workshops and private events.  I love to combine yoga and creativity into fun workshops too like my Macrame, Meditation and Mimosas workshop, find more information on these in my workshops tab.
