As a mother with a mental condition I find grounding myself while raising a toddler to be very challenging. Luckily I haven’t had to do it all on my own. Ashley has the innate and learned ability to help me slow down and practice mindfulness during our yoga sessions. After our sessions I have left in great peace, and have found gratitude in the moment and in life, which has carried me through the toughest days. It is a treat to myself, and one that I enjoy when I take the time to spend with Ashley, and be grateful for my life. Her aromatherapy meditation post yoga class have a healing and long lasting effect. I have had breakthroughs with my depression by taking the time to welcome the love and gratitude Ashley exudes in her sessions. I think anyone taking their mental health seriously can benefit, and especially those that struggle with anxiety or depression. Ashley works as a guide into leading you into a more relaxed and grateful state. I highly recommend her yoga and meditation sessions in living a healthy, more balanced daily life.

I had never tried meditation or guided meditation, I didn’t know what to except, until recently. The experience with guided meditation has been amazing, it has given me the perfect outlet to disconnect and refresh my mind. I feel grounded and find myself managing stress better and sleeping better too. A truly enriching experience!
