Hello!

I'm Ashley, I'm an artist, yoga teacher, mindfulness practitioner, nonprofit board member and all round busy mother. Navigating this busy and stressful life has taught me the importance of slowing down and tuning into the self.  

I believe that self discovery and healing is a fundamental part of living an authentic existence but this inner work is hard and can feel overwhelming.

I empower women to take charge of their mental health through the use of integrative yoga and mindfulness techniques so that they can live an authentic and embodied life.
